Reception Times
During the festival our reception will be open from 10.00am - 8.00pm. On the first day of the festival, and in most cases the second, we are open just past midnight to check you in.
Phone charging
You can add Power to your tent, however this option is only available in Classic or Deluxe, this can simply be added to your booking when selecting your specifications on your tent booking. We recommend bringing a battery charging bank if you are staying in a tent without power facilities.
Toilets and Showers
Everyone who books with Woodville Project will have access to hot showers and clean toilets situated within boutique camping during the festival.
Recycling
We provide each customer with green and black bags on arrival to help the festival with their recycling program. During the festival we will also collect the green and black bags and provide you with new ones, should you require them.
