All booking fees are non-refundable.
The buyer may cancel but we need written notice before the event takes place. If we receive notice more than 28 days before the event you will receive 90% of the value of your purchase back.
If you want to cancel your bookings, from 14 - 28 days notice prior to the event start date you will receive 50% back of your purchase.
Less than a week before the event you will not be refunded any of your deposit.
We may cancel for reasons outside of our control, including weather, problems with sites, cancellation of events and force majeure. In this case all bookings are non-refundable.
You are able to change the name of your booking if you do have to cancel at the last minute and you will be offered a 10% discount with your next purchase with Woodville Project.
Bookings that are made refundable will be no less than 10 working days, but usually this can be fairly instant.
COVID-19 update from Woodville Project
If any event was to cancel or postpone due to Covid-19, your accommodation would be rolled over automatically to next year’s event, alternatively if you could not make those dates or require a refund, we would honour a 90% refund of your tent booking in-line with our cancellation terms.
The 10% we retain can be used for any future bookings you make with us.
