Select the festival you are attending on 'festivals' page. Select which tent you would like to book and follow the page through to payment. You will receive a confirmation of your booking when we have received a successful payment.
No, please ensure you have purchased a festival ticket prior to securing a tent with us.
Yes, we accept an initial deposit as a confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the deadline.
At least 8 weeks prior to your event start date. Please note that Houghton festival and Medicine festival deadlines are before the 7th July 2026
A week before the deadline, a payment link will be emailed to collect the balance on your booking. If you wish to finalise your booking at an earlier date, drop us an email at [email protected] and a member of our team will send the link out to you.
You should have received an email from [email protected]. If you cannot find this email in your junk box or any other email accounts, please contact us.
You may pay your balance at any point prior to our deadline. We will issue a payment reminder email if your payment is overdue. If you are no longer able to attend the event and would like to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us immediately.
Once your balance is paid, you’ll receive a payment confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records. You will receive the final details you need for your arrival no later than one week before the event starts. In the meantime, please check the event or festival website for important information on: • Travel and directions • Parking • Prohibited items

We will do our very best to accommodate last minute changes, however your existing booking may have already been prepared for delivery and built and therefore we cannot change your booking. Amendments after the 4 weeks deadline, will incur a £50 admin charge.

Check in times vary per event. You can check the festival website for opening times to the boutique sanctuary. Please be aware that this is not always the same times as the main festival arena / general camping opening times.

Yes, they will all need a copy of your booking. All guests must check in at our reception.
Once you have checked in, a member of our helpful staff will be on hand to assist you with your bags and show you straight to your tent. Please note you must check in and be shown to your tent.
Yes, absolutely. Please make sure you have purchased car parking tickets via the festival's official website.
Yes, most festivals operate coach tickets that are very easy to use. Please check the festival website for other public transport options.
Once you have gone through the main security, volunteers and security will be able to direct you to the boutique area. Most festivals will release their festival map on their website or socials that will indicate the location of our boutique area.
No. Boutique is a car free zone. However, our friendly concierge team will help you with your bags from our reception to your tent. Winding lake is an exception and you are able to park your car directly next to your tent.
Bedding is provided in our Furnished with bedding, Classic, Deluxe, Suites and Eco Lodge bookings. Furnished with no bedding option includes a mattress and a bed sheet and no further bedding. Unfurnished tents require you to bring your own bedding and mattress.
A single or double bedding back consists of a 13.5 tog duvet, two pillows each, linen and a blanket. Furnished options include a 3” memory foam mattress. Classic and Deluxe options include a 6” memory foam mattress, cushions and towels. Deluxe options also include raised bed frames and deluxe shower items, body wash, shampoo, bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste and a sleeping eye mask.
Yes, definitely. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that additional fees will incur for upgrades and additions.
Power is not automatically included in your tent unless you are in a suite or eco lodge.
Power add-ons are available for classic and deluxe bookings. If you would like to add power and you are in a furnished tent you will need to upgrade to a classic or deluxe tent. If you have already purchased a classic or deluxe tent without power and you will like to add it, please contact us directly in advance to ensure we have power capacity for you. If you don’t want to upgrade your tent, there are power sockets available in our pamper tents. Users are at their own risk and operate on limited supply. We advise bringing sufficient power banks for the duration of your stay.
We provide 3-pin plug sockets to our tents, these are strictly only for handheld devices, laptops and charging banks. Kettles, fridges and hair appliances are not permitted to use and they short circuit the power feed and will blow your fuse.
Showers, loos and drinking water taps are always located in glamping. Our pamper tents are available at most of our festivals and include mirror stations, hairdryers, straighteners and plug sockets.
In some cases we will have our Sunrise Cafe who are more than happy to provide complimentary hot water, if not then the next best option would be to approach the nearest food trader who usually are more than happy to provide hot water.
Anywhere you see Sunrise Cafe in our exclusive facilities then Yes and in most other cases there are always food vendors in a close proximity to our campsite.
Yes, there are always taps available for clean drinking water.

For Furnished tents with no bedding, please bring your own bedding. We suggest purchasing power add ons or bring a power bank to charge your phones. Strictly no kettles or hair appliances. A refillable water bottle is always encouraged.
Unfortunately not, please do not bring kettles, ground BBQ’s, gas stoves or any other cooking device.
Unfortunately, this is a health & safety risk and we are unable to permit external tents into the glamping area. Please do not attempt to do this as they will be removed by security.
No strictly there is no smoking allowed inside / next to the tent. This damages the tent and you will be charged if found doing so.
Please check the event details. Glass bottles are prohibited inside the Boutique area and will be confiscated.
This is a very rare occasion but please head to our reception tent straight away so we can deal with the issue there and then and one of our team will help you.
Yes there will be security within the boutique campsite, and they are checking for boutique wristbands. Woodville Project are not responsible for lost / stolen items.
We do not permit mini speakers in our campsites, anyone found to be using one in excess will have them removed and handed to confiscated properties.
