Reception Times

​During the festival our reception will be open from 8.00am - 6.00pm each day.

​Phone charging

All tents are provided with plug sockets to charge all your handheld devices. We also have areas within our communial area where you can also use the power facilities.

Toilets and Showers

Everyone who books with Woodville Project will have access to hot showers and clean toilets situated within boutique camping during the event.

VIP Communal Area

Booking with Woodville Project allows you access to our VIP chill out area where you can relax in our comfy space, grab and drink and have some downtime after a busy day.

Food & Drink

Kick off your day with our delicious complimementary breakfast - think full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, granola, pastries and juices. The bar will be open from morning to night, stocking all the favourites... buy your morning Bloody Mary, afternoon ale, sunset rosé and late night whisky - and anything in between. There will be a choice of food to tickle your fancy available to buy in the evenings and ample charming spaces in which to recline and unwind.

Pamper Tent

After a day of striding out across the course, come back for a nice warm shower followed by a trip to our Pamper Pod to blowdry your hair and powder your nose. Emerge, refreshed, for a fabulous evening in good company, gathered around a crackling fire pit under starry night skies. When you're ready to retire, you can look forward to sliding under a 13.5 tog duvet, sinking into a memory foam mattress and relishing the cosy luxury of our delightful tents.

Recycling

​We provide each customer with green and black bags on arrival to help the festival with their recycling program. During the festival we will also collect the green and black bags and provide you with new ones, should you require them.
