Are there loos at the venue we can use overnight?

Yes absolutely. Our luxury loos will be available right until the last guest leaves.

Are there showers at the venue?

If the wedding client has booked showers, there will be hot luxury showers right next to the glamping. Alternatively, there are showers available in Baldock Services (5 mins) I

Can I bring my own food and alcohol with me?

No. As we are a licensed premises, it is strictly prohibited to have external alcohol and food at this venue. Anyone found with external alcohol will have it confiscated and fined.

Tent FAQs

How do I find out what tent I am allocated?

A couple of days prior to the wedding you will receive an email confirming your tent allocation and number.

When I arrive at the wedding, how will I find my tent?

As you will have received your tent number from us a couple of days prior, all tents will be numbered as easy to find. If you are unable to find your tent, one of our bar staff or wedding team will be more than happy to help you.

I didn’t receive an email with my tent number, what should I do?

If it is less than 24 hours prior to the event, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or give us a call.

Where are the tents located?

All wedding glamping accommodation is in the same field as the Giant Tipis, meaning you are right next to all the action. No need for the hassle of taxis and hotels.

Is power included in my tent?

No, unless the client has paid for powered tents, we are unable to add power to your booking. If there is a bridal suite / pamper tent included, you may use the charging points available. We highly encourage you to bring power banks.

When can I check in to my accommodation?

Guests are welcome to arrive to their tents from 10am the morning of the wedding unless pre-night accommodation has been booked.

When do I need to check out of my accommodation?

All guests must leave their accommodation by midday the next day unless the venue has been booked for an extra day.

Can I request to be next to my friends?

Absolutely. Just add a note to your order. Already booked? No problem, just email us at [email protected]

Does my booking include bedding?

Bedding is provided in our furnished and deluxe bells. This also includes a comfy memory foam mattress and a blanket. However, if the weather is going to be cold, we do recommend bringing additional blankets. Our deluxe bells also come with raised beds, cushions, towels, luxury shower items, an eye mask, toothbrush and toothpaste.

I need to upgrade / downgrade my booking?

I have made a payment, but I cannot find my booking?

You should have received an email from [email protected]. If you cannot find this email in your junk box or any other email accounts, please contact us.
